He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Kuhns, and Alice B. Kuhns, Sr. (Black); and his sister Helen C. "Dolly" Hunt. He is survived by: his wife Patricia R. Kuhns (Faber) of Tarentum; his daughter Shannon Kuhns of New Kensington; and his siblings, Thomas A. Kuhns, Jr. (RoseAnn) of Fawn Twp, Timothy A. Kuhns (Janice) of Tarentum and Karen A. Marietti (Jeffrey) of Tarentum. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
