She is survived by: her son Corey Ciesielski (Kristian) of Fortson, GA.; her grandchildren, Pua, Keilani and Kieran Ciesielski; her great grandchild Maielua; her brothers, Stephen Gaydosh of Lakeland, FL. and Richard Gaydosh (Donna) of Tampa, FL.; and her nieces, Krystin Berntsen (Kyle), Arielle Ribel (Zach) and Chelsey Gaydosh.
