He was predeceased by: his father Steve Kapustik. He is survived by: his wife Clare Nolf Kapustik; his children, Jennifer McKay (Clifford) of New Kensington and James Kapustik (Marianne) of Vandergrift; his grandchildren, Kristen Allison (Ben), Heather Torris (Nick) and Clint Motosicky (Marti); his great grandchildren, Isabella and Connor Torris; and his sister Rosalie Moore (John) of Lancaster. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family suggests donations made in his name to Puckety Presbyterian Church, 1009 Puckety Church Rd., Lower Burrell, 15068.
