He was predeceased by: his parents, John Casper and Anna Dudkowski Casper; and his brother John D. Casper. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Casper of New Kensington and Peter Casper of Maple Springs, NY.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
