He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph (Mary Cerniglia Febbraio) and Ken-Hi; and his siblings, Diana and Larry. He is survived by: his daughter Michelene "Mikki" Ross (Frank); and his close friend Barb Spiering Ciuffoletti.
Sam was known as "DJ Sam" for over 40 years, playing music and karaoke at many local clubs, bars and weddings and donated much of his DJ services to charities.
