We bid farewell to Ronald Sheetz of New Kensington, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 11, 2025 at the age of 84. Ronald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Sheetz and Anna Mae Sheetz (Cain); and his grandson John VanHorn. He is survived by: his children, Michael Sheetz of Los Angeles, CA and Michelle Sheetz VanHorn of Bellefonte, PA; his former wife Carol Sue Nichols; his grandchildren, Adam Michael Sheetz, Ethan Van Horn of Milesburg, PA and Evelyn Eicher of Bellefonte, PA; and his great grandchild Ezra Sheetz of Lake Worth, FL.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lower Burrell Funeral Home (3124 Leechburg Rd, New Kensington, PA 15068).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made in his name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
