With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert J. Stimel (New Kensington, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 19, 2025 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stimel and Helen Duran Stimel; his sister Stephanie McElhaney; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Koenig, Fred Leslie and Robert McElhaney.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Stimel (Myers); his sons, Richard Stimel and Edward Stimel (Stacy); his granddaughter Avery Stimel; his daughter-in-law Renee Weimer; and his siblings, John, George Stimel, Carol Koenig, Geraldine Leslie and Lori Luc.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ross G. Walker Funeral Home (217 Freeport Rd, New Kensington, PA 15068).
