He is survived by: his mother Florence E. Weiss Bayne; his sons, Joseph R. Bayne (Destiny), Travis C. Bayne and Sonny R. Bayne; his brother Denton A. Bayne (Heather); his wife Vicki L. Venus; his nephews, Tyler J. Bayne and Joshua A. Bayne; and his aunt Linda Hans.
