It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Carroll of New Kensington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur C. Carroll and Helen Marie Yuritza Carroll; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Funkhouser and Boyd Webster. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Funkhouser Carroll; his children, Bernadette Carroll, Nathan Carroll (Julia) of Seattle, WA., Gabrielle Capuano (Steven) of Boiling Springs, PA., Dwight Householder (Sarah) of Lower Burrell and Eric Householder (Jess) of Lower Burrell; his sister Jean Webster of Alliance, OH.; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Funkhouser, Marcy Funkhouser and Betty Muffley. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lower Burrell Funeral Home (3124 Leechburg Rd, New Kensington, PA 15068). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
