She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Cieslinski and Celia Cieslinski (Rzeszotarski); her husband Ralph DeSimone; her son Joseph S. DeSimone (Roberta); and her close friend Rod Altmeyer.
She is survived by: her children, Susan DeSimone (David Little) and Ralph A. DeSimone; her grandchildren, Amanda Liney (Zachary), Brian Little (Emma), David J., Daniel J. and Dustin J. DeSimone; her brother Ernest A. Carpenter (Sharon); her nieces and nephews, Meagan Carpenter (Bill McCracken) and Matthew Carpenter (Michelle); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Julia, Kyle McCracken, Erin and Eleanor Carpenter; her sister-in-law Joy DeSimone Tobin (Edwin); her niece Mary Lynn Tobin (David Campbell); her nephews, Jeff Tobin (Laura) and David Tobin (April); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Christopher Campbell, Jordon and Josh Tobin; and her nephew Maxwell Tobin.
