We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2023, at the age of 82, Phillip Constant of New Kensington, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Constant; his wife Bernadette M. Condrick Constant; and his siblings, Dolores Eberle, Conrad Constant, Patrick Constant and Regis Constant.

He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Kraus (Joseph) of Pittsburgh; his granddaughter Madison Kraus; and his pet Princess. He is also survived by many close friends and extended family.

The family suggests donations made in his name to a charity of your choice.
