He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph C. Lardin and Mildred L. Lardin (Patrick); his sons, Elwood P. and James M. Lardin; his former wife Ida Lardin (Vorpe); his wife Jane E. Lardin (Leitch); and his siblings, William, Frank, Robert, Scott, Edward, Ralph Lardin, Betty Guthrie, Ester Botson, Lurella Swarmer and Hattie Klinger.
He is survived by: his children, Paul J. Lardin of Jeannette, Anna M. Lardin of Arnond, Larry E. Lardin of Montana, Connie F. Lardin of New Kensington, Mark A. Lardin of Arnold and Rebecca L. Hillman of Jacksonville, FL; and his brother Matthew "Bud" Lardin (Betty) of Gainesville, NY.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
