We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2023, at the age of 97, Michael C Bonk Jr. of New Kensington, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael C. Bonk and Sophia Matulewicz Bonk; his wife Theresa Antionette Bonk (DiFonso); and his sisters, Florence Bonk Lerch and Margaret Bonk Scalise.
He is survived by: his brother John "Bobbie" Bonk (Barbara) of Soldotna, Alaska; his children, Michael J. Bonk (Theresa), David W. Bonk (Shelley) of New Kensington, John D. Bonk (Susan) of New Kensington and Lisa R. Lizalde (Raul) of Escondido, Calif.; and his close friends, Mike, Linda O'Neil, Jim Muffley, Chris Brunetti and Don Arner. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
