He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Kitzer and Florence Keitzer High; and his siblings, Verna Garber, Beverly Cooke, Jack, Ronald Keitzer, Delories, Marlyn Carol and Zelma Norma Jane.
He is survived by: his sister Patricia Rodriguez (Ramon) of Lower Burrell; and his niece Lisa Rodriguez. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
