He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Naviglia and Mildred Naviglia (Gardenia); his son Richard S. Naviglia; and his brother-in-law Sam Arabia. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Naviglia (Banasik); his children, Yvonne M. Cardenas (Brian) and Michael Louis Naviglia (Roseann); and his sisters, Genevieve Naviglia Arabia and Shirley Naviglia Glogowski (Frank). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
