He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mayhugh and Helen Mayhugh Sr. (Molnar). He is survived by: his siblings, Maryann Mclain, Nancy Beacom (James), Theresa Mayhugh, William Mayhugh Jr. and Thomas Mayhugh (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
