She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton L Hurst and Kathleen Sarsfield Hurst. She is survived by: her son-in-law Keith L. Waugh Sr.; her children, Natalie Ozepy Matar-Raachini of New Kensington, Jacqueline Ozepy Kuhn of New Kensington and Leonard "Lemon" Ozepy (Anne Jarusinski) of New Kensington; her brother Thomas Hurst (Kathleen Leslie) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Bethany Ozepy, Jason Kuhn, Corey Ozepy, Keith Waugh Jr., Tyler Ozepy, John Kuhn, Iziah Waugh, Kaitlin Golding (Gabriel) and Paige Kuhn (Ricky); her great grandchildren, Ary'Ana, Cooper, Elaina and Deon; and her pet Oliver.
