He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Michael, Millie Nader and John O. Birty. He is survived by: his parents, Deborah Nader and John Birty Sr.; his grandmother Leola Birty; his brother John Birty Jr.; his girlfriend Michelle Hoak; his pet Solo; and also Santino Birty. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
