He was predeceased by: his parents, Raimondo Gentile and Raffaela Gentile (Salomone); and his siblings, Sam Gentile, Nina Ascone, Caroline DeStefano and Mary Salvati.
He is survived by: his children, David Gentile (Yvonne), Joseph Gentile, Timothy Gentile, Arnold, John Gentile, Lower Burrell, Steve Gentile and Laura Clark (Ted); and his sister Ida Cecchetti. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
