He is survived by: his children, Phillip Toney (Bunny) of New Kensington, Renee Nadzam (Mark) of Lower Burrell, Leslie Orr (Mike) of Florida and Kathleen Waltonbaugh (Buddy) of New Kensington; his sister Sadie Toney of New Kensington; and his brother-in-law Guido Santucci of Lower Burrell.
