He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur G. Parsons and Blanche DePoe Parsons; and his brother Gerald Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Carol Parsons (Townsend); his children, Joan Negley (Don) of Buffalo Township, Linda Price (Richard) of Brighton, Dale Parsons (Renee Magine) of Hoffman Estates, Jennifer Parsons of Edgewood, Israel and Rutendo Kamudzandu of Lees Sumit, MO.; his grandchildren, Jessica Whinihan (Thomas), Kenneth Negley (Ann), Matthew McCartney (Amy), Melissa Brenenborg (Drew), Jason McCartney (Angela), Jena Valdez (Daniel), Christina Lannert (Thomas), Maxwell Klemmer, Sarah Parsons, Precious Kamudzandu, Jake Parsons, Alexander Klemmer, Rosie Kamudzandu and Grace Kamudzandu; his sister Barbara Linville (Delbert) of Ambridge; and his sister-in-law Mary Parsons of Needville, TX.. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
