He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Thomas (Susan) and John G. Balla; his grandchildren, Sophie, Max and Angus; his siblings, Dorothy Miller (Eugene), Elaine Mazur (late Fred) and Ronald Balla (Patty Burkett); his close friend Pat Fischer; his parents, Emma Balla (Torok) and John P. Balla; and also Bernadette Ruskay (Gans).
