He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernestine Hessom (Kline) and Joseph Eugene Hessom; and his siblings, Joseph Hessom and Gloria Hessom Martrano. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, John, Jeff Hessom (Terri), Becky Murdock (Hans), Joe (Susan) and Jason Hessom (Nancy); and his brother Richard Hessom. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
