He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Fair (Caperell); his children, Joel David Fair and Tammy (John); his sister Rosella Cochran; his grandchildren, Dr. Christine (Shawn) and Dr. Timothy Kunkle, MD (Kristin); and his great grandchildren, Samuel and Nathan Kunkle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
