She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel L. D'Amico and Ann T. D'Amico (DeCola). She is survived by: her husband Samuel N. Lombardo; her sons, Samuel A. Lombardo and Nicholas J. Lombardo; her friend Christopher Bachman; and her brothers, Robert T. D'Amico of North Jackson and James P. D'Amico (Pamela) of North Jackson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
