He is survived by: his significant other Pat Thomas Chase; his children, Honey, Anne, Jim Jr., Sarah, Chuck, Ed, Tim, Lynne, Mark and Rick; and his siblings, Rose, George and John. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
