It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Garner of New Kensington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Bopp and Evelyn Bopp (Myers); her stepfather Jack M. Morgan; her husband David B Garner; her son Joseph Jeremiah Garner; and her sister Ellen McCune.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Campos-Barahona (Miguel) of Howard, Keener Jr., Nicole Y Garner, Joshua D Garner and Amanda L Taylor (David); and her siblings, Chuck Morgan, James Bopp, Linda Pulkownik, Jay Morgan, Jack Morgan and Paul Morgan. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Due to the current social restrictions from Covid-19 and respect for the family, only 25 people will be permitted in the funeral home at one time.
