She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Petri and Mary Petri (Conti); her husband William Golembiewski; and her siblings, William Petri, Norma Johnson and Geraldine Fraser.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Heidenreich (late Rob) of New Kensington, David Golembiewski (Sandra) of Allegheny Township and Chris Golembiewski (Carol) of Arnold; her brother Robert Petri (Carolyn) of New Kensington; her grandchildren, Shannon Rupert (Zachary), Melissa Mangone (Brian), Lauren Golembiewski (Matthew Buck), Dana McPherson (Ralph), Brian Heidenreich (Lisa), Ryan Golembiewski, Jonathan, Steven Golembiewski (Kelly) and Zachary Heidenreich (Gabrielle); her great grandchildren, William, Henry, Thomas Heidenreich, Austin Sites, Liam, Jackson, Melina Mangone, Andrew, Maggie Rupert and Riley Golembiewski; and her great great grandchildren, Andrew and Alexander Sites.
