He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Scott Starr (Renae) and Roxanne White (Jerome); his partner Kai Bowser; his daughter Amyah Starr; his brothers, Timothy Starr and Keith Starr (Phillip Mihm); and his stepsiblings, Joseph Theis (Shannon), Ryan Menhart, Aaron White, Brandi Menhart and Candace White. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
