He was predeceased by: his father Deacon George A.; and his sister Denise R. Van Hook Rice. He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie L. Craft and Shirley Kemp Jr. (William); his uncle Errol; his aunt Sarah Brooks; and his brother-in-law Timothy Van Hook. He is also survived by three nephews; five nieces; two great-nephews; and a host of loving cousins and very special friends.
