He is survived by: his parents, Harry E. Hoffman and Dorthea Hoffman (Tischmann); his girlfriend Michelle Mazur; his brother Harry (Dodi Kellerman); and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Brianna, Christian, Bredan and Jaelen. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, other relatives and many friends.
