He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Blubaugh (Hepburn) and Kenneth Blubaugh Sr.; and his brothers, Kenneth Blubaugh Jr. and Ronald Blubaugh. He is survived by: his son Gary Blubaugh Jr.; and his siblings, Mark Blubaugh, Russell Blubaugh, Jack Blubaugh (Kim) and Sandy Coniglio (Brian Blake). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
