As Elaine departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Elaine. Though Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald J. "Pee Wee" and Mary E. Hambenne Tarr Welsh of Logan's Ferry. She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Taradena (Richard) of Export, Dawn B., Mary Lynn Welsh and Mark J. Welsh of Arnold; her niece Holly Harrison (Gary); her nephew Ted Jablonowski (Sue); and her great-nieces, Cheyenne and Kya Harrison.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rusiewicz Funeral Homes Inc. - Arnold (1400 5th Ave, New Kensington, PA 15068). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
