She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Kantorski and Rose Lewandowski Kantorski; and her sister Dorothy Flaherty. She is survived by: her husband Alfred W. Puhalla; her children, Debbie Adams (Gordon) and Michael Puhalla (Nancy); her granddaughters, Candice Phipps (Jeff) and Elizabeth Lyons (Chris); her great grandchildren, Jeffrey Phipps, Josie Phipps, Jaxson Lyons and Eli Lyons; and her brother Leo Kantorski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
