She was predeceased by: her father Martin Hoffman; her husband Alton Glubish; her daughter Joanne Pierwsza; her grandson David Glubish-Cooper; and her brother Martin "Chip" Hoffman Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Judi Skillen of New Kensington and Janet Glubish of New Kensington; her grandchildren, Karen Copeland and Morgen Glubish; and her siblings, Joseph Hoffman (Vicky), Dorothy Mowrey, Ed Hoffman and Larry "Butch" Hoffman (Pam).
