With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Stripay (New Kensington, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 28, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Diane may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Daugherty and Regina Shrum Daugherty; and her brother Daniel Daugherty. She is survived by: her husband Chris Stripay; her children, Christa Martin of New Kensington and Jesse Matkovich (Aly) of Gibsonia; her grandchildren, Anthony, Tyler Matkovich, Briana and Noah Von Hofen; and her brother Dennis Daugherty.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ross G. Walker Funeral Home (217 Freeport Rd, New Kensington, PA 15068). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
