He was predeceased by: his parents, Dario Sestini and Dolores "Dodie" Sestini (Gidos). He is survived by: his brother Daniel Sestini of Arnold.

“David is survived by many cousins who loved him. He was like my brother. I worked alongside him and Danny and my Uncle Dario Sestini for over 10 years at the West Penn Inn in Springdale. His mother Dodie was like my second mother. I went on a vacation with them. I had David's Graduation Dinner in my home when he graduated from Penn State. We had such fun back then. I have your mother's wedding picture in my dining room and I can see your face in hers as I can see Danny too. RIP Love, Max”
