She was predeceased by: her brother Chad Brestensky; her grandparents, George F., Katherine German and Joseph Brestensky; and her stepfather William K. Brukner.
She is survived by: her parents, Daniel Brestensky of Brackenridge and Kathy A. German of Sarver; her daughter Jaylee Brestensky of Sarver; her close friend Larry Waldschmidt; her stepsiblings, Chad Brukner of Lower Burrell and Brandi Brukner of Lower Burrell; her stepfather Kenneth Kelley of Sarver; her grandmother Leona Brestensky of Brackenridge; her niece Karis Brestensky of New Kensington; her nephew Damien Brestenksy of Butler; and her great-nephew Elliot Straughan. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made the the funeal home to help the family with expenses.
