He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Smith and Stella Smith (Stolarski); and his brother William Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Tamara Brooks (Gary Lee) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Taryn Brooks and Ryan Brooks; and his sibling Regis Smith (Arlene).
