He was predeceased by: his stepsons, Mario Testa and Marco Testa; his parents, Janice F. White and Samuel D. White; and his brothers, Daniel, Scott and David White.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis White; his children, Vanessa White, Ashley Yafchak (Larry) and Marshall White; his aunt Judith White; and his grandson Tayvian. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
