She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Slicker and Josephine Slicker (Marangoni); her husband John E. Venus; her son Jeffery Haire; and her brother William Slicker.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Stiver (Eric) of New Kensington and David E. Venus of Verona; her granddaughter Dena Haire of San Diego, CA; and her sister-in-law Linda Slicker of Apollo.
