He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Sr. Booth and Jeanette Vance Booth; his former wife Laura Lee "Lolly" Benner Booth; his son Charles H. Booth III; his grandchildren, Kimberly Booth and Joshua Booth; and his son-in-law Hank Cochran.
He is survived by: his wife Trudi A. Clements Booth; and his children, Harvey Booth (Sheri) of Lower Burrell, Laurie Monteverde of Houston, Suzi Cochran of Hendersonville, Tenn, Kathy Friday (Chip) of Fox Chapel, Anne Rotzler (Reid) of New Kensington and Jeanne Weil (Bob) of New Kensington. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
