He is survived by: his children, Scott Brouwer (Jessica) of Upper Burrell and Shaun Brouwer of Upper Burrell; his grandchildren, Nolan and Emilee Brouwer; his siblings, Mary Jo Stanek (Ted) of Apollo, Peter Brouwer (Jeannie) of Greensburg, Elizabeth Baker of Lower Burrell, Anne Sinawski (Mark) of Fresno, CA., Nick Brouwer (Tina) of King, NC. and Monique Lubick (Bill) of Bracey, VA.; his mother-in-law Sylvia Conley of Upper Burrell; and his brother-in-law Michael Conley (Jodi).
