It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Penman (New Kensington, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 11, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Betty Cashdollar Powhutsky of Brackenridge and Carl J. Powhutsky; her daughter Melissa B. Rusak (Michael) of Raleigh, NC.; her grandchildren, Caiden and Sophia Rusak; her brother Carl Powhutsky (Sandy) of Sarver; and her husband David George Penman.
