Lebak (Kenneth Lebak), Jonathan Proch, Zachary Proch, Jason Philie, Colin Dietrick, Brynlee Dietrick and Brooklyn Dietrick; and her great grandchildren, Adia, Ella and Luke Lebak. She is also survived by cousins and countless dear friends.
