It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Neal (New Kensington, Pennsylvania), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Ruskus and Clara E. Dupell Ruskus; her husband Terry Neal; and her brother Richard Ruskus. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Jo Brown (Zak) of Allegheny Twp, Kimberly Zak Kudlach (Chad) and Christine Bianco (Zak) of Venetia; her grandchildren, Shayne Brown (Sarah), Ciara Henderson (Tyler), Logan Brown (Nicole), Tanner Montgomery (Josh), Riley Jo Brown, Tyler Kudlach (Kassitty Hank), Alexa Kudlach (Trevor Perry), Cassidy Phelps (Joe), Justin Bianco (Victoria), Ali Collodi (Mike), Mitchell Bianco and Ava Welling (Collin); and her great grandchildren, Violet, Tillie Jo, Everleigh, Luca, Jhett, Lillian and Josie.
