He is survived by: his wife Vickie Guida (Marra); his sons, Ronald Guida (Brigitte) of Switzerland, Robert (Lisa) and Anthony Guida III (Deborah) of Plum; his grandchildren, Michael Guida (Nicole) of Saltsburg, Luke of New York, Nicole Hornack (Seth) of New Kensington, Melan and Marcella of Switzerland; his great grandchildren, Gemma, Peyton, Faith and Seth Hornack; and his sister Betty Ann Wagner (Dennis) of New Kensington.
