She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Kaminsky and Pearl Bidnek Kaminsky; her husband Charles D. "Kaz" Mastowski Sr.; and her siblings, Eva Wielobob, Mary Kaminsky, Andy, Oscar, Mikey, John and Frank Kaminsky.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Daniel Mastowski Jr. of New Kensington and Philip Mastowski of New Kensington.
