She was predeceased by: her parents, John Olesiewicz and Frances Kojtek Olesiewicz; her husband Raymond F. Cichowski; and her brother Chester Olesiewicz (Elizabeth). She is survived by: her sons, David Cichowski (Catherine) of Lower Burrell and Thomas Cichowski (Sharon) of O'Hara Twp; and her grandchildren, Ashley Zubaty (AJ), Ethan Cichowski, Michael Cichowski (Lauren) and Aaron Cichowski (Katie).
The family suggests donations made in her name to St. Mary of Czestochowa Church, 100 Freeport Rd., New Kensington, PA 15068.
