With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luther Travis (New Hope, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 18, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Shadrack Travis and Rilla Collins Travis. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Lester Bourne (Sue) of Miami, FL, Janet Laird (Michael) of Punta Gorda, FL, William Burnell "Barney" Travis (Nancy) of Knoxville, TN and Rilla "Peggy" Heater of Knoxville; his cousins, Etta Kay Pruitt of Cape Charles, Libby Luettinger of Cape Charles and Virginia; and his friend John Craft of New Hope.
